Randall & Richards has a strong commitment and history of community service involving a wide variety
of causes. Any employee who has a charity or cause they personally champion is able to request
donations and support from both the company and staff. This tradition of giving is evident year round
from both management and employees alike.
Some of the highlights of Randall & Richards community events: ANNUALLY: The Salvation Army: At Thanksgiving and Christmas, Randy Frazee, President, and Tim Grimes, Legal Director, purchase, prepare, and cook hundreds of turkeys with all the holiday trimmings the week before each holiday. On Thanksgiving and Christmas mornings, Randy and Tim prepare and serve the meals to the homeless at the Salvation Army. Additionally, a group of Randall & Richards employees volunteer to deliver the meals all over the city. Meals on Wheels: On Thanksgiving and Christmas mornings, a team of Randall & Richards employees also volunteer to deliver the meals all over the city for the Meals on Wheels program. Ronald McDonald House: Once or twice a year, volunteers from Randall & Richards prepare meals for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House. Randall & Richards provides all of the food needed for these meals, in addition to regular donations of needed food items and other occasional needs the RMD House may have. Randall & Richards also purchased DVD players for all the rooms, a Wii game system, and assisted with the purchase of TV’s for every room. Holiday Food Drive and Christmas Gift Donations: Every year, employees donate sizeable amounts of canned and fresh food items to be donated either to the Community Food Bank or an alternate charity. Employees also donate money and gifts to various charities to provide Christmas meals and gifts for needy children. “Go Green” Recycling: The company has a continuous “Go Green” project to collect every recyclable product on site, which are then delivered to our local Recycle Center.
