collections industry. Randy Frazee, Co-Founder and President, saw the need for
a company to rapidly embody these changes and refashion the industry. He recruited
the top talent in the industry and then provided a state-of-the-art infrastructure
from which those individuals could produce above-average results.
Over the last decade Randall & Richards has continued to thrive on the inherent
